About 50% quieter than before. Some bass frequencies are still detectable through the wall, if I am within a foot or two. The floor vibration dropoff happens sooner and doesn't reach as far.
The SubDude does not mean blasting a high subwoofer volume is doable in a co-op. It does however, allow me the medium-low volumes acceptable for hifi playback with a low subwoofer volume. Coupled with absorbent panels for high frequencies, either wall or stand mounted, I've been able to make it work without tearing out drywall and wasting all my paint and effort.
Perhaps isolation feet between the subwoofer and SubDude would enhance performance, but I'll have to look into that.
