Funny you mentioned your mattresses. I recall at one point I tried to use the futon mattress leaned up against the back wall and it kept drooping down, like it was really, really drunk and couldn't stand up.
Back in the garage it went.
I wonder how many others use a mattress, or will at least give it a try now that you've mentioned it.
Economy tweaking is cool.
