I would say for the whole system, between it and all the noisy crap that is connected to your house panel. Having said that I have an 8kva Toroid Corp, Hospital Grade ISO tranny on my headphone system and I can't hear any difference. With Torus and BPE, etc., the idea is to plug everything into the ISO tranny to get best results. I use MIT Z filter boxes on my reference rig. No iso trannys in them.
