I do not use the ZA much anymore. The Zlg and Zlh are smaller, cheaper, and lower impedance. The ZA were good when there was only ZL for comparison.
I do not think that very low Z caps are bad for analog decoupling. The application where they cause problems is when used close to the output of a regulator. Here a ZL cap or a ZAwith say a 0.2 ohm resistor in series is needed to damp ringing. Close is say with. An inch of the regulator.
If used for to decouple a transistor or chip, the lower the better. Same here, the cap needs to be close.
