The LME49713 is too fast for a casual design.

Buy a design that has a circuit board that is tried and true.

The recommended Rf is 1K2. With the gain setting resistor set to unity gain, 2V in will give 2V out. 2V is 160mW into 25R, which will play 130dB on your headphones.
