Behringer Feedback Destroyer power cord DIY question

Anybody out there familiar with the insides of this BFD 1124P unit, please help me figure this out.

I'd like to DIY a power cord for it. I usually use a modification of the Chris Ven Haus flavor PCs.

What I don't know about this unit is whether or not it uses the ground wire in the 3 wire power cords, or is really another 2 wire unit that happens to use off the shelf IEC and PC in 3-wire for convenience.

Can anybody answer that conclusively?

Easy to check. Just check for continuity from the ground pin on the plug to the chassis of the equipt. nt. - jea48 11:26:14 02/22/09 (0)
