Expensive stuff isn't it, particularly on the very large sizes. If you don't need the entire length glued down, I use the 3 to 1 ratio shrink and simply slip in some slivers of hot melt glue. It serves to lock in the shrink on some difficult surfaces. It doesn't give a completely waterproof seal, though.
