RE: Acoustic Revive DSIX 12 volt Power supply

Over in Singapore on last weekend, Ken Ishiguro, the guru behind Acoustic Revive and his team gave the local enthusiasts an exciting live demo with a live guitarist on his products.
We asked him why the DPS1 12V power supply was no longer made, and the reply was the OEM manufacturer who handcrafted the DPS1 power supply in limited quantities for Acoustic Revive already passed away (apparently he was an old Japanese veteran in their audio industry) and thus nobody could replicate the DPS1 anymore (if I knew that earlier, I would have bought some to keep and use for myself...).
So much for the bad news...the good news is that I am also a user of Kingrex alternate PSU myself to power the RR-77, while it may not be as good as that rare limited-edition DSIX power supply, it does do a good job of enhancing the performance of the RR-77 over their standard wall-wart. At the US price of US$149 to US$169, don't think there's any decent 12 V (230 volts switchable) that goes less expensive than this.
