Al Sekela's R/C network - recommended values for 220V AC

Hi Al,

I would like to try R/C network on my 220V/50Hz ac mains.

Could I also use already suggested values (0.1-0.47uF, X rated capacitors and 100-120R/0.5W resistors)?

If not would you be so kind to suggest some initial values and ratings?
