Subsonic / rumble filter

Rolling my own active high pass for a rumble filter.

I can go with an 18db/octave -3db@ 17hz or I can go 36db/octave -3db@17hz.

Is the steepness of the 36db really needed? The 18db will have less capacitors and components in the signal path and the cost will be much less as well. Basing it on Rod Elliots work. It'll use OPA627's and boutique caps and resistors to keep the high signal clean.

I've got a sub-woofer with ScanSpeaks in a passive radiator box I need to put one in to stop the pumping.
