The VH Audio Flavor 2 unshielded bulk power cable product is quite excellent when terminated with excellent AC connectors (and plugged into an excellent AC outlet). For use with your tube integrated, a DIY VH Audio Flavor 2 terminated with Oyaide 004's plugged into an Oyaide R1 is a rather cost effective option in itself.

If you still feel a need to improve your AC delivery system, I suggest that you purchase an audiophile power line conditioner before exploring other power cord choices. Even if you may think your local AC grid is clean, it could still be polluted by your neighbors, your computer, your CD player, etc. There are power line conditioners that feature Oyaide AC outlets, BTW...
