Right after the breaker, place C1, C2, C3, L1 (50uH), L2 (50uH), V2
then on each duplex, place a C4.

For a separate isolated outlet, place another set of L1 (50uH), L2 (50uH) inductors, and a C4.

Too much duplication of caps can lead to excessive leakage current, and can/will trip GFI type breakers or outlets.
