RE: Gee. I guess I didn't get the memo about not using vibrapods under an amp

From the Vibrapods info sheet:

"Too much weight may squash Vibrapod isolators, causing them to lose their effectiveness, However they can be restored by simply placing the squashed Vibrapod isolators on a flat cookie sheet and heating them in an oven at 175 degrees to 200 degrees F (80 degrees to 94 degrees C) for 10 minutes; 5 minutes in a convection oven. Remove from the oven and place in a safe area away from children until they have cooled. DO NOT MICROWAVE."

Since only 2 of them were deformed, I suspect they were under the side of the amp where the transformer is located. I don't know how many Vibrapods you were using but I'd guess that you used a number of the same model and assumed that the load would be spread evenly. It won't be. You could try running a couple of a higher model in the location where you found the deformed ones.
