LM1086CT vs. LT1086CT

I've noticed that the Linear Technology LT1086CT-ADJ regulator costs about seven times the National Semi LM1086CT-ADJ. The specs looks quite similar. Anyone knows if there is any difference? Would it be worth to replace an LM1086 feeding a CD mechanism and an IC motor driver for an LT1086?
