Hi.
When vibration kenetic energy goes through the mass media, most of it will be absorbed through the mass as heat.
Hopefully you would not suggest a lightweight piece of wooden board does a better job in kinetic energy absorption. Or what else better materials, yet as affordable, you would suggest?
