I am assuming you mean replacing brass binding posts with copper. The answer is yes, IME there is an audible difference. The difference in my setup is a slight increase in information in the areas of midbass up through HF. Also a bit more of a richer organic feel and naturalness with vocals. I used Cardas gold plated Copper binding posts on most of my speakers outboard X-overs, and am planning more of such in the not to far future. The upgrade is nice and noticable, not a WOW effect.
