hmm, probably closing the room is more likely to help than the magnet diffusor. I sold my old speakers to a friend. I could not believe how much better they performed over there. His room is similar except it can be closed. Mine has a 3 m x 3 m opening into 4 other rooms. The bass is there, but it is anemic. And it is NOT the electronics. However you can hear the bass notes and nuances so well, that people who visit me can not recognize their familiar recordings.
If I only was not so much in love with drum recordings of Ginger Baker, Mickey Hart, Max Roach and the likes ...Lukasz
