I have two different large gauge wire that I'm using to make ac cords and both of them are very difficult to wire in to the IEC's that I received from Welborne. The IECs have pins with screws that are horrible for accepting a large wire. There is hardly any room to accept a wire. Is there a better IEC that I can use? Or some other way of using the one I have? The wire I'm using is a 12 guage solid copper or a large coax with 7 strands that basically amounts to 12 gauge. Thank you.
