Joe. Should work reasonably well as a degreaser. Given the ingredients, I would also suspect that it would leach plasticizers quite readily. To be on the safe side, I would try avoid contact with most plastic parts. The symptom would be increased brittleness with time, and eventual failure.(Remember "Tweek"?)
