The change in value in 6dB filter from 25 to 27 uF should have absolutely no effect on the tweeter loudness, but the quality may be so much better that you hear more hi frequencies, the sound opened so much.If you want to be perfect, add a resistor in PARALELL with the hi section that is calculated like that: 10 x impedance of the hi section. This will put the xo point back where it was.
Then listen for at least 2 weeks. If after accomodation you still do not like the bright sound, add a resistor in series - like advised by Tazsmonn.Lukasz
