I definitely do not doubt what you are experiencing, but I might suggest, again, to give the outlet more time. It's relaxed nature (at present) could also be part of the conditioning cycle. This cycle is not always a straight line, but more like small hills and valleys. Duster could certainly comment on this phenomenon....he has gone through more of this than most that I know.Additionally, there could also be a 'materials interaction' going on with the particular power cable(s) being used. Duster also asked about your cables in another post.
