yes, yes, yes, yes, actually it will but try it first and see. Of course, the goal is to use a low value with a higher quality dielectric, not just change your cap values. We can't afford the fancy caps so we add a little bit of fancy cap sound by bypassing, you see. Like gold-plating a steel watch.
