You're right, that should have read 470, not 47.The bigger the better(to a certain point)on the film bypass, space is usually the issue here. Increasing the size of C10 will also help the way they bass sounds, size is the issue here too.
The caps usually dry up one at a time, but you are not likely to notice the bass in one channel getting weaker when the other channel is OK. When the cap in the second channel fails though, it is obvious ass there is now no bass at all.
I would replace these feedback caps with fresh, and then maybe move on to the main filters. They will go eventually. Just make sure the voltage is above the minimum, I think a 63V cap would be OK, and that the mechanical size fits. The actual cap size in microFarads doesn't matter that much.
