Thanks a lot! Now, since this is a Schottky Diode, which should already have very low noise, I assume that replacing this part with something else in an attempt to improve the amp will be fruitless, correct?
By the way, I replaced the standard silicon rectifier bridge (Shindengen D3SBA60) with an IXYS 600V 22A UltraFRED bridge, and the treble region seems to be significantly cleaner than before, with cymbals and bells having more shimmer than the stock amp (I did rapid back-to-back comparisons with a stock amp on several songs). The Moles always seemed a little rolled-off up top, and this seems to have helped in that area. I'm pleased with this mod, even though it drove me a little crazy since the pinouts are completely different on the two bridges.
