Without seeing the schematic for myself I can only guess. But diodes in parallel with inductors are use to short out the back EMF pulse that occurs when a coil is de-energized. So chances are these four inductors you see on the schematic are relay coils. Are the inductors in the signal path or connected to power and a transistor?
