Battery power would be cool in a phono stage. But it takes size/weight to do both +24V/-24V.You can find a lot of design to handwire it yourself.
Path of least resistance would be a dual output linear. Mouser does have them. Check the link below and look for the dual output ones near the middle of the page. Just tack on an AC cord and the output will be outputting.
Don't get a switcher......IMHO.
