24v power supply

I have a phono pre-amp board that I pulled from a Creek amp that I want to run independently from that amp. (I gave the amp to my son, but he has no interest in vinyl.) The marking on the main board in the amp says +25v and -25v on 2 traces, and the inputs and outputs are clear.

What would be a decent, easy and cheap power supply for this? I would assume that a +/-24v supply would be a standard, but one volt short but still OK. My line voltage is high anyway so anything that I use would probably be over voltage anyway. I've checked the Mouser catalog, but that only confuses me. There are too many options, both in Mouser and elsewhere, and I don't know what works and what doesn't. Battery? Regulated? Wall Wart? Built up? Rat Shack?

Any advice?
