How bout shielding your chips.If you can aqiure some plastic caps from say milk bottles,cover the caps,glue into place and hopefully solder a wire on it and take it to gnd.Maybe you can shield transistors too.Don't forget to take wire to star Gnd between PSU caps.Mikee55
