Sand baging on top of CDP and blue tacking interior panels are good for damping frequencies. Sorbothane or sand filled ballons are good to damp frequencies when used as feet also. Silicone tube rings help also. I have built a flexy rack also. The situation is that I have been told that neither of these techniques are supposed to do anything to damp low frequency "boominess". What is best to do that?
