Here is a link to a post that has (a) the link to Mr. Lyon's original instructions on A'gon (at bottom of post) and (b) greater detail on these instructions + few mods due to changes to Ikea's construction methods since 2001. Also, my gallery on this site has more photos, including one that shows the polyurethane foam injection (optional step). Have fun and enjoy the results!
