worked well under the old CD player
then great for the new transportand still in use on the new rack, which replaced that horrible metal shelving (IKEA Lack table design). I'm still using the same "stack" of inner tube, MDF, hip joints, steel balls, 7075 polished aluminum plate bonded to component.
Sure wished I had a few more of these since they sound much better than the $1 walmart spoon units I have under the DAC and preamp....
