Several things. How far is your listening seat from the back wall. Plants behind you or placed at reflection points will help. If not, strategically placed rugs and/or tapestries work well for absorbing excess treble(some mids).
Does the sound change when the vertical blinds are open Vs. closed? I have a large sliding glass door in my listening room too, and I close my (heavy) drapes over it. It does a superb job of absorbing reflections. If feasable, you may wish to replace the blinds with drapes. There are lots of ways to control treble, and still keep the aesthetics of a room.
