EAR will send you a sample of their Isodamp if you call and ask for it. They send a 3" or 4" square - just big enough to fit under a transformer. It comes in 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" thicknesses. Thicker isn't always better though (I compromized and used the 3/16" in my amp).

Also think about dampening the chassis and heat sink fins. Lots of things to damp the chassis with, but how to stop those fins from ringing ? ... Get yourself some black GE tub & tile or outdoor vinyl caulking compound (you know, the kind you get at Home Depot for sealing around windows and such). Put a dab on each heatsink fin, but not uniformely on each fin. Make a varying pattern to avoid creating a common resonance node.

Spend $35 on Mapleshade Silclear. Apply per instructions to your fuse and any and all connections inside your amp (and all your other components, tube pins, cables and electrical connections while your at it too).

Replace the big caps with Nichicon Muse KG's. Don't forget the bypass too (I used .1uF Relcap RT's).

Try to implement a start grounding topology inside the amp, if you can figure out the circuit.

Enjoy,
Bob
