Decouple the transformer from the chassis

Replace the bolt with something non-ferrous, as well as any associated hardware (such as a mounting plate and washers). Use compliant material between the transformer and chassis, as well as between the mounting bolt and transformer to provide a degree of isolation between the transformer and chassis.

Some other tweaks:

Replace fuses with ceramics
Replace internal wiring (lots of choices here) - while you're at it, consider replacing quick-connects with soldered connections
Replace any input attenuators with higher quality pots
Replace input connectors/binding posts
Replace entire chassis with something stiffer and non-ferrous
Replace any chassis screws with non-ferrous ones
Treat electronics with MusiCoat
Of course, you can always replace the power cord....
