Well I'm in Australia & I didn't have a problem sending my beloved ( thats my other beloved) to Steve to be tweaked. Took some time but I now have a system that causes others to dribble & get glazy eyed when they hear it.GNSC has a reputation simple as that, you get the sound & quality of workmanship you pay for. All you have to do is decide is if you are prepared to sent it so far away. Most of our Asylum buddies are Americans, so thats why you hear so much about GNSC.
If not chat to your local Audio club & they will point you in the direction of someone with tweak-itis who may be able to help transform your gear.regards
