Gurus at GNSC?

Owing an old but beloved SP9 Mk3, having read about the work of GNSC on AR mods and upgrades, yesterday I took my electronic pen and sent an email to GNSC in order to understand the "nature" of thier mods and upgrades and, MOST OF ALL, living in Genoa, Italy, to know if they make kit versions of thier upgrades, 'cos of costs of sendining my device in America (as I said to them I have in Milan a really clever man who work on AR gears from 20 years to now).
The reply was really dissapointing to me: not only 'cos they say they dont make kits (and this is possible...and correct from their point of view) but also 'cos they say they have to think on the device (?!?), that nothing is simple etc etc... and nothing about the cost for tweaking, also of thier in house work....
Now Dear Friends, I live in Italy BUT I have not the ring on my nose (the men at GNSC know history?) and this "GURU STYLE" approach to potential costumers for tweaking hifi gears has the only reason to exist in oder to kepp money in excess.. this is my opinion of course.
So at GNSC they are free to not making kits but not free to say stupid things and consider stupid they costumers: an SP9 Mk3 IS an SP9 Mk3, it is possible that their kits work fine, but it is unpossible that their mods are suited one by one on specific special thougts..... this is for those who have the ring in thier nose not for old italians....
Let me know your opinion about...
