This is observable time and again in my system. Shifting powercords away/towards other nearby powercords and metallic objects by as little as 1 cm can have audible effects on tonality and soundstage perspective. Kyu is welcome to come and verify this for himself at my place in Woodlands.
I use unshielded stock powercords straight to the walls with no 13amp fuses. Currently all 3 powercords are about 3 - 10 cm apart (down their length) from each other.
