hi Lou, thanks for the reply. i kind of wondered if it would make any improvement or not like maybe tighten the bass a little bit but, like you say i might just be wasting my time being it's a sub amp. i think my best mods for this sub would be to add some internal bracing although, it seems to pass the knuckle test pretty well i thought i might add a couple one inch wooden dowels just for reasurance. i don't know if i could safely increase ps capacitance or not with this being a class d amp powered by tripath module. it has two 6,800 uf 50v. caps right now and i thought about increasing to 10,000 uf but, i'm not familiar with this type amp. the amp is rated 250 watt have you had any experience with class d amps and know if this can be increased safely? thanks again, alley-kat
