The only effect on your sub's performance will be to reduce the DC voltage by about a volt because of the increased forward drop through the fancy diodes. This probably won't be audible.If the recovery pulses from the existing bridge cause RF ringing in the power transformer and AC supply, however, adding these diodes may reduce the noise the sub pushes back into the AC supply.
Before you go to the trouble of replacing them, try listening with the sub on, then with the sub off and disconnected. If you don't hear more detail and a lower resolution floor with the sub off, then it is not worth your time to do this.
