In other Asylum rooms, posts offering items for sale get deleted very quickly . . . yet these Hip Joint "group buy" threads have been going on for quite a while now, to the point where they practically dominate the Tweakers' Asylum. I'm curious why these threads haven't been deleted. I understand that this business is claimed to be "not for profit," but when someone offers an item for purchase and sale, for a price, etc., that is a commercial activity -- which really doesn't belong here. I'd be interested to hear from the Bored on this.
