No. It could make it worse because in a higher voltage cap the foils are further apart and this means that more foil is wound to achieve the same capacitnace. This is why higher voltage capacitors are physically bigger. Trouble is, more foil means more inductance and this could affect the higher frequencies.Whether you would hear it of course is another matter.
