The best switches I know of are Shallco. They are used in stepped volume control attenuators in high-end audio, and are built in ratings up to 30 amperes. I don't know how many you would have to buy from the company, or if there is a stocking distributor for a 4-pole, 2-position switch that would work in your application. A long time ago, you could order directly from them, but I don't think they support hobbyists anymore.
