You continue to confuse filter design for ripple suppression with the circuit design treatment of the power rail.Even a well-designed differential amplifier has some mismatch in its components and will draw time-varying current from the power supply. The power supply should be designed to look like a battery at all frequencies the amplifier must deliver. This means, for the purpose of circuit analysis, that the power supply is to be replaced by an ac short-circuit. The actual circuit will fall short of its analytical ideal if the power supply does not resemble a short-circuit within the passband. Hence the need for better electrolytic performance, or bypassing.
