Auricap tweak ?!?

Few questions about auricap tweak:

1. In Finland we use Shuko plugs so there is no telling which wire is hot and which is neutral. Auricaps are (?) directional and wiring between hot and neutral must be right. Does this mean that I can't use auricap tweak in my CDP?

2. Auricaps aren't easy to find. Can I use for example Jensen capasitors?

3. We have 230 V voltage. Are 600 V caps fine or should I get a 1000 V model?

4. Are there any risks using this kind of tweaks? Can the caps explode, catch fire or do something else unwanted?

5. If I build a good quality Power Filter do Auricaps become useless?

6. Why must there be always two auricaps?
