Rat-shack sells inexpensive spring clip "cups" that will take a 10 or 12 guage bare wire and if sealed with a little silicone wont leak any air. Otherwise try building your own binding post enclosure from MDF and install whichever posts you like remembering to leave room for spades or bare wire.
