Don't use the unit anymore! Those caps are on the verge of failure - they will rupture and make an even bigger mess, possibly taking other components with them.It is possible that the stock caps were replaced with caps that were not of the correct rated voltage. There could be other problems.
If you are handy with electronics, then try to trouble shoot it yourself. First of all, make sure that the caps are replaced with those of a high-enough rated voltage, but first make sure that everything else is okay. Check that the rectifiers are installed correctly and that the right size fuse is in use and intact.
Basically, if you are not handy with this stuff, then just take it to a reputable shop and have it diagnosed. If you use it anymore, you are risking further damage.
Better yet, talk to the seller and give him hell...this unit has been damaged and or tweaked - the wrong way.
