You want a high slew rate opamp. The TI TL072 is an ancient opamp that has no business in a DAC output stage. For instance, I am using a Linear Technologies LT1364 70MHz 1000V/uS dual opamp in an MSB LinkDAC II to great effect. This is not to say that this opamp will work in your circuit, but you may want to explore other high frequency, high slewrate opamps from BurrBrown, Analog Devices, etc. Try visiting their websites and examine the product selection data.
