Hi there,Unlike the Parallel X-Over the series X-Over relies on more or less identical impedances in the LF and HF Circuits. So no, this can not be used with an MTM arrangement, nor is it easy to be adaptet....
But if you look at the same pages where this came from you might notice a "2.5 Way" version. The problems for MTM Speakers where recently discussed in the Speaker Asylum, have a look.
I think if you want a system with two woofers, go for the 2.5 Way version. The added benefit is that you can choose the "Woofer" Driver (and alignment/box) for best bass performance while the Woofer Midrange can be optimised for best Midrange performance.
So one could use a light cone Wofer/Midrange (say Seas CB17RCY) as Woofer/Midrange in a modest sealed box, thus limiting excursion and providing good speed, while the Woofer could be a fairly heavy cone Woofer (like the Seas 10" Unit) in a large sealed or vented Box for maximum depth and weight in the Bass....
