Hello,Just get Cable with some form of foamed or airspaced Isolation and decent, solid 1mm Copper Center. Strip the shield and sheathing off and use Copper tape (self adheasive) from staind glass Windows supplies. I personally clean and laquer (Acrylic Laquer rather than Polyurethan) the surface of the copperstrips already cut to length. The Adheasive is acrylic based to...
This foil gets spiralled around the core, suing a very STEEP spiral.... Rest as before.
