If it a tuning stub then the HP will show it. Now the question of how wide and what q . If it is narrow then because of material and construction variable the wide range of results may be explained. If it is wide ranged then the amount of trash in that range may explain the range of results from this tweek. When testing this rig a range of construction type would be in order. This may take a while to do. Have fun. Allso can you test your ac line to see what on it?
